We know that in some cases you may want to return the product. We will gladly accept our products back if they are not damaged and are in good condition. Because of the time and expense involved in shipping packages we will charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges. There are no refunds on shipping charges for returns. If the package is damaged during shipment, which is rare, the damaged products will be replaced or refunded. Please inspect all packages at the time of arrival. If the package is damaged, please inform your carrier (UPS, US Mail or local mail service) immediately. If the package is damaged during shipping, the shipping carrier is usually responsible. If you need to return a product, please inform us within 15 days of receipt of product. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and returns after 15 days.
